SHIPPING:

► All orders are fulfilled and/or shipped within 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise stated or indicated in our store, via email notification, etc. If there will be considerable delay to the shipment of your order, we will work to notify you via your email address on-file.

► PREORDER NOTICE 3/3/24: All multi-item orders containing a PREORDER item will not be shipped until the preorder item comes back in stock for fulfillment. Please refer to the preorder item's store page for an expected arrival date. If this applies to your order and you wish to receive your non-preorder items sooner, or if you have any questions, please contact our Support Team HERE in order to arrange advance shipment of those items (additional shipping fees apply). Otherwise, please order in-stock and preorder items separately.

► We now ship to all 3 North American countries: Canada, the United States, and Mexico. All international customers automatically assume responsibility for payment of
ANY and ALL import taxes, duty, and/or fees associated with their order. Furthermore, High Score! Tech Supply, KyleAwsm LLC, and any other affiliates or subsidiaries thereof are NOT liable to pay these or any related import fees.

► All orders are tracked, insured, and shipped via USPS postage.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

► Purchased items may be returned for a refund within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us HERE about returning an item.

► Customer accepts full responsibility for return shipping costs and associated fees, PayPal refund fees, etc.

► Returns of any consumable parts and items that have already been used, and thus removed or uninstalled (for intent of return), are NOT allowed or accepted.
