NOTICE: The affects of rising import costs on High Score! Tech Supply and our partners

Hello, everyone!  I'm Kyle, the owner and creator of High Score! Tech Supply.  I would like to begin by expressing our gratitude with a heartfelt "THANK YOU!" to all of our customers who have supported and patroned our business since we opened our store 3 years ago!  We are so grateful and blessed to be a trusted source and supplier of fun and nostalgic retro technology and good times in the retro gaming community, and every step of the way has been an amazing and curious adventure for us!

The past several months have been a roller coaster for our business, as well as many countless businesses just like us.  As you may or may not be aware, our business relies upon a considerable amount of imported goods and products via strategic partnerships with creators, vendors, and suppliers from around the world - This includes countries like the United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Australia, and China, to name a few.  In light of this, the recent changes to the "de minimis" import exemption rules for imported goods and packages from outside of the United States have prompted us to re-examine our supply chain and how we conduct our day to day business operations.

From day ONE, our primary focus has always been and will ALWAYS continue to be to provide the best possible experience and VALUE to our customers, and that is something that will never change!  However, the past several months have seen many changes to international trade agreements and relationships between the United States and many other nations around the world, which has resulted in some greatly increased business expenses for us, as well as increased costs for some of the goods and supplies that we import from outside of the USA.

Until now, we have largely absorbed many of the aforementioned increased costs of doing business.  However, very recent changes to international trade policy and increased tariffs have indicated that our business could be dramatically and negatively impacted if we continue to absorb some of these costs.  That said, this bulletin serves as an announcement that a number of price increases will be taking place across our online storefront within the coming days, weeks, and months.  We do not know how long these price increases will last, or whether or not they will be indefinite.  What we DO know, is that our commitment to you, our customers, is unwavering, and we have worked very hard these past 3 years to build a solid foundation under High Score! Tech Supply, and we are prepared to weather the storm.

Once again, we would like to thank every single one of our customers from the bottoms of our hearts - We would not be here without you, and we are very blessed and grateful to have been able to come this far. We will continue to monitor the current situation surrounding international trade and adjust our strategy and approach as necessary to best fit customer needs.  We look forward to serving you, answering your questions, and continuing to provide you with countless hours of enjoyment, curiosity, and retro gaming fun for many years to come!
